One takes a single afternoon, one is 2.5 hours on the table with nothing switched on, and the third is ten LPG Endermologie sessions around one cryolipolysis visit, spread over three to five weeks. Which of them fits is mostly a question of how many days you have left in Bali. Every price on this page is what you pay at the studio.

Which package, by the days you have
Ten sessions need three weeks on the island, so a four-day trip rules the course out before we look at anything. Someone who landed last night usually needs sleep and a lymphatic massage more than four hours of machines. So the first question we ask is not about your body. It is how long you are here.
- One free day
The Express Slimming Package. Four technologies on one area, measured before and after, and the change keeps settling for two weeks after you fly.
- First visit, or straight off the plane
The Wellness Combo: 2.5 hours, all by hand. A scrub, a mask, then lymphatic drainage and the cellulite massage. We send almost every new guest here first.
- Three to five weeks
The ten-session course: LPG Endermologie body two or three times a week, cryolipolysis on the pocket that never moves. This is the combination the rest of this page is about.

The three packages

Four machines in a row, in this order: cold lipo laser over the whole body, ultrasound cavitation on the area you pick, cryolipolysis on two areas, and LPG Endermologie at the end to drain what the first three loosened. The tape goes on the area before the laser and again before you leave.

A Bedugul coffee or spirulina scrub for body and face, a chocolate, green tea or milk mask, then a lymphatic drainage massage and a cellulite massage. Nothing is switched on. It is the gentlest start we offer, and the one we recommend before any machine course.

What ten LPG sessions and cryolipolysis change
Cryolipolysis goes first, in your first week. The applicator draws one marked pocket of pinchable fat into a cooled cup and holds it there for 55 minutes. The cold kills a share of the fat cells in that pocket, and your body clears them over the following weeks through the lymphatic system. The trials we quote on our fat-freezing page measured the treated fat layer roughly 20 to 25 percent thinner at eight to twelve weeks after one session. Your weight does not change. The tape measure does.
LPG Endermologie is the other half, and it is the half you feel. The treatment head takes a fold of skin by suction and works it with motorised rollers, which is how the fluid in the tissue gets moved. A session is 55 minutes, and you come two or three times a week. Used alone it changes cellulite texture and the water the legs hold. Over a course the skin firms up as well. After cryolipolysis it has a second job: it keeps the lymph moving over the treated pocket, which is how the dead cells leave.
What changes, week by week
- Weeks 1 and 2. Lighter legs and a looser waistband by the evening. Some of this is fluid and some of it comes back overnight, which we tell you on day one so you do not count it twice.
- Weeks 3 to 5. The texture changes. Cellulite is smoother under the hand and the skin is firmer. What the tape shows at session five is usually still there at session ten.
- Weeks 8 to 12. The frozen pocket is still shrinking, and by now most guests are back home. That is why we ask for one photo at week ten, to put next to the measurements from sessions one, five and ten.
What it will not do
The scale will not move. Fat behind the abdominal wall is out of reach for the applicator, and skin that is already loose does not get tighter from cold. If the pocket you point at cannot be pinched, we say so at the consultation and leave cryolipolysis out of your plan.

How a package visit runs
A free 30-minute consultation
You say what you want smaller or firmer. We look, and we pinch. Then you hear which treatment does that and which one does not, with the reason. The plan is written down and goes home with you whether you book or not. Nothing is charged.
Measure and weigh
Tape on the area and weight on the scale, both written on your sheet, so the numbers at the end are compared with these and not with memory.
The treatment
Four hours in one room for the Express Slimming session. On the course it is 55 minutes at a time, two or three times a week, booked around the days you are on the island.
Measure again
Before you leave, and again at session five and at session ten on a course. The sheet is yours.
Seventeen years of the same protocol, now in Uluwatu
Body Studio Bali was founded by Krislin Kuuskemaa, who ran Kehastuudio in Estonia for seventeen years before moving here. The Express Slimming session and the ten-session course are the programmes that studio sells at home, in the same order, with the same measuring sheet. The studio is at Uluwatu Street 184 in Ungasan. Every machine on this page is in that building.
We would rather send a booking away than treat an area that will not respond. That is the reason the consultation is free, and the reason it comes before anything else.
Questions people ask before they book
Can I do the Express Slimming session and then continue with the course?
Yes. Many guests do the 4-hour session on their first free day and then come for LPG two or three times a week until they fly. Say so at the consultation, because the course is then planned around the two areas the session has already frozen.
How many days do I need in Bali for a visible change?
One day. The Express Slimming session is measured before and after, and the figure we stand behind for that afternoon is up to 7 cm on one area. A change that holds without maintenance needs three weeks and the ten-session course.

The cryolipolysis part lasts. A fat cell killed by cold does not come back, so as long as your weight is stable the frozen pocket stays smaller. The LPG part behaves differently. Texture, fluid and firmness hold with a session every week or two, and without that they fade over some months.
Does any of it hurt, and is there downtime?
Cryolipolysis starts with firm suction and a cold that is intense for the first few minutes. Then the area goes numb. Afterwards it can be red or tender for a few days. LPG feels like a deep massage. Cavitation is warmth and a light vibration. You go back to your day after each of them.
Is the package cheaper than booking single sessions?
Ten LPG sessions are IDR 4,200,000 against IDR 6,990,000 as singles. Two cryolipolysis areas in one visit are IDR 2,430,000 against IDR 3,240,000 as two single areas. The four treatments inside the Express Slimming session would be IDR 4,127,000 booked one by one; the session is IDR 2,599,000.
Who should not book?
Tell us before the consultation about pregnancy or breastfeeding, surgery in the area, liver or kidney disease, heart failure, and any metal implant where we would treat. Some of these rule out one technology and leave the others open, so we ask first.
